- How does shipping work?
SHIPPING: Most Domestic and International* shipments ship via UPS; APO/FPO and military boxes ship via USPS Priority Mail Insured. Domestic orders shipped via UPS have a delivery time of 2-7 business days. There is NO OPTION for us(Play Cloths) to relay specific messages or instructions to the parcel carrier once a package has shipped. Our rates are provided directly by UPS and the U.S.P.S.
If your order exceeds $75 before shipping charges are applied and your shipping address is in the 50 United States (does not include U.S. territories), we will ship your package free via UPS Ground. This will be the default shipping method on such orders. If you choose to pay for shipping on an order over $75 shipped in the 50 United States by selecting UPS Ground during the checkout process, it will not be delivered any faster and we cannot refund your money.
International orders please be advised that if you are ordering product to be delivered outside of the USA, you will incur a duty from your respective country payable on delivery. Duty fees vary by country. This is not imposed onto you by Play Cloths but it is the requirement of your country.
International shipping charges are based on the weight of the order as follows:
0-3 lbs $40
3-6 lbs $50
6-10 lbs $60
>10 lbs $110
If actual international shipping costs exceeds our stated international charges, we will contact the buyer. The buyer may pay the additional shipping via Paypal or cancel the order for a refund. If no response is received from the buyer within 5 days, we will cancel and refund the order.
International orders that are returned to us because the customer did not retrieve the package or did not pay the customs fees will be refunded for the amount remaining after the original shipping charges and the return shipping charges are deducted.
Domestic orders ship from zip code 23452. To find UPS Ground transit times, visit http://www.ups.com/mapsand enter zip code 23452. - What is your Return Policy?
**Disregard return instructions on packing list, we no longer require a return authorization. We want you to be completely satisfied with your new Play Cloths purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to make a return for a refund, please follow the directions on the Return Form that came with your purchase. Please understand we can only accept returns on merchandise purchased from our online store. All items purchased on sale are final and non-refundable. We'll email you once we've received and processed your return. Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return to be processed.
We do not accept international returns, including Canada.
**We do not accept Exchanges.
For convenience, the Return Form is located in the box with your purchase along with the Packing List. It contains the full instructions and is to be completed and included with your return. **NO REFUNDS FOR SALE ITEMS.
